My entire house flooded when it froze and I went through two contractors before Seco. It was worth the wait to have Tom and his team fix my house. The trim and painting look far better than they did when I moved in. The tile work is superb and I couldn’t be happier with my floors! They did such a beautiful job and I haven’t found a single thing they need to fix. God forbid something like this happens again, but if it does I’ll be using Seco!!

Hired Tom during the snow/freeze event in February. It was agreed in the contract and in text that they would accept the monies paid and agreed upon by the insurance co. They arrived quick and dried the space out or so they said. We had to wait on the insurance company to arrive so it cause a slight delay. They pulled the equipment stating everything was dry. IT WAS NOT! Submitted insurance with a 49k mitigiation bill. Tom said give me a check and I will hold it as this will force the insurance co to pay the full amount. The... read more
