Not at all a trustworthy vendor to deal with and it's unfortunate there is no option for power companies in Florida. When I contested being charged again for an "ES Connect Fee" and a "Membership Fee" on the 1st Electric Service Bill I received from them after already paying these fees when we arranged to get this service, they stated it was because there was a name change on the bill. Yes, my wife called in to get the service and when I got the initial "ES Connect Fee" invoice, I went thru the process of getting it set up ... read more
