This office is a nightmare!!!!! My father is a patient and has an outstanding bill of $35. I've sent 2 checks--neither of which they allegedly received/deposited--so we keep getting late payment notices. I tried to pay with a credit card by phone and was told by the billing service that the office isn't set up to take phone payments OR online payments. Incredible Doctor and office staff! When Dr. Seckler was recommended to me and I read the online reviews I was a little worried, but decided to keep my appointment. Having been here 3 times now, I can tell you that I have never met a more caring and patient doctor and a kinder office staff. They were attentive and helpful, and a pleasure to speak with. Highly highly recommend!
It's amazing the reviews I am reading that are so similar to my reviews...wake up Dr Seckler and get rid of that rude unprofessional receptionist who is flat out mean...it's been years that we as patients have to deal with that miserable woman...and FYI folks Dr Seckler has switched to concierge medicine ..get your check books out! If you don't pay for the privilege of seeing him you never will....you'll get only his PA Good luck with that!
