Terrible company I have it a 1 star because you can't give it negative stars. Towed my son's car from a wreck and charged for stuff they didn't do and twice as much as anyone else. I have worked for 2 different towing companies and they never charged anywhere near these thieves. I wouldn't let them Roe my bicycle.
Although having your vehicle towed is never a good experience, the lady in the office, Amy, was helpful, and friendly; along with the other staff at STI. Thanks guys!
