Don't waste your time with these clowns. Had a contract for $28,000 worth of electrical work. They don't show up, they don't return phone calls, don't respond to emails, then they give a boo hoo sob story about being too busy. Too busy to do their job I guess. I terminated the contract and went with another contractor who actually showed up.
The technician was extremely rude and condescending. I asked some basic questions about the job he was about to perform on the electrical work attached to our boiler (like why can't we install the switch to turn everything off, including the auto feeder?), and instead of responding with an explanation, or provide some assurance, he through a fit, told us to talk to a boiler guy, and walked away. He didn't even want to discuss any options, or understand my concerns. Completely unprofessional and unacceptable.

Always try to use a local neighborhood business. Someone in my neighborhood RAVED about this company. I can't say anything about the work they do as I cannot even get someone to call me back. Over a period of 4 months, I called at least half a dozen times. Someone always took my name and number and said someone would get back to me; never happened.
