Absolutely Disgraceful – This Place Should Be Investigated This is by far the worst hospital experience I have ever witnessed. The staff have no idea what they’re doing, and it’s terrifying to think people’s lives are in their hands. When rooms are empty, the nurses and staff stand around laughing and chatting like it’s a social club instead of a place where people are fighting for their health. I have to say I was really impressed with the quality of treatment I received at the hospital. There are many young doctors who know there stuff. They cared more about me than I was caring for myself as I wasn't taking my injury serious enough. Overall I felt super cared for. The wait time in Emergency was very reasonable as well.
Went to the ER last night, amazing costumer service and staff! They gave very thorough service. The clean facilities made the experience very comfortable. The only thing that didn't make it a 5 star experience is they did forget about me for a few hours... there was also a guy doing wheelies on a wheel chair in the narrow waiting room, almost running over my toes... but thats ok not their fault! :) 10/10 would recommend.
