First of all I want to say one thing, AVOID this company at all costs and listen to the bad reviews! It’s no wonder why the owner fights back at the one star reviews with their smart ass comments. They’re quick to charge you and take your money, but as for work? They wait until the last minute to start any kind of work. It took them around 2 and a half months just to get started on the work. Just there picking up parts, and he already had ready for me as I walked through the door. I did not call ahead, Greg is a magician.
Greg was INCREDIBLY helpful, professional and all 31 flavors of awesome to deal with. They have a wide selection of spas to choose from at great prices and they back it up with exceptional service should you need it.
These guys couldn’t care less about their customers. They took six months and three different pool liners manufactured before completing the job. It took three different times to make the pool liner because their measurements were completely off. I took a picture of the measurements they took and then measured the pool myself. Not even close.
