These guys could care less about their customers. They took six months and three different pool liners manufactured before completing the job. It took three different times to make the pool liner because their measurements were completely off. I took a picture of the measurements they took and then measured the pool myself. Not even close. Now we have a pool liner that looks like crap. Wrinkles everywhere. Over time it fits even worse. They are rude on the phone. Horrible work. Horrible customer services. First we have been Customers over 30 years with this Company. We never had a problem until our last vinyl pool replacement. We had two liners prior. Customer service use to be fantastic. Work was completed in a timely manner. This time it started when the liner was on back order. Not the Company fault but it took about 4 months to arrive. We did have to call to check on the status. Great customer service! My parents scheduled liner replacement in April. The original above ground pool was also done with them. It does take a long time but if you’re considering plan it out months in advance. Shelby, one of their associates, listened to my questions and helped us out. My elderly parents were able to get the liner completed. They can exercise now. Thanks to Shelby and the team for getting it done!
