I was convinced by my wife to go to a demo day at Kalamalka Lake. And this is where our journey began. Talked with Mike for a while, then Garrett took me out on the 23’ MB B52, and I was sold. Coming from a ‘13 Sanger V237 where I needed multiple fat sacks to make a wake big enough for me to surf, I was amazed by the wake that this thing threw. Dishonest, Greedy, and Completely Unprofessional I have also contacted AMVIC, BBB and BC Consumer Protection. Dealing with Olympic Marine and Recreation in Kelowna was a complete waste of time and an exercise in frustration. My wife and I were ready to trade in our boat and upgrade to a newer model they had listed. We went through the entire process — financing pre-approval, agreeing on a fair trade-in and purchase price, and were literally just waiting to sign the paperwork. I don’t usually leave reviews, but I had to comment on the incredible service I received here recently. Honestly, I came in expecting to be dismissed or talked down to—as a woman, that unfortunately happens too often in this industry. But that wasn't the case at all.
