My experience with Craig @ SEC Mechanical was poor workmanship (poorly installed hot water heater) and he do not honor his work. I had two different plumbers can to my home for other issues not related to the hot water heater and first two questions I was ask before I even show them the un-related issue that I contacted them for, who installed my hot water heater and when was it installed. Craig at SEC Mechanical installed a new water pressure valve at my home. He did a great job and was very friendly to talk to. The receptionist who helped set up the appointment was great also. I'm happy with the work he did and would recommend them to anyone.
Referred to this company by Rheem to replace a Water Heater. Initially contacted me and stated they couldn't come out this week due to the plumber needing help to get the water heater up/down the stairs. I offered to help and then she stated that she has commercial contracts that must be completed before they move to residential. Seems this company has far more work being given to them via the contract they have with Rheem, and they just can not handle the work load.
