First off phones are never answered almost and when they are its long wait of going back and forth until they get back to you (if they do). Also no one seems to be ever forwarding Mychart messages to the providers so they will never see a patients message. Very dismissive no understanding as to why their patient is asking and requesting things even after explaining multiple times(even patient explaining what they are going through it feels like they have 0 understanding or knowledge). Not returning

This place is horrible office guys is slow and the phone doesn't work
Hands down one of the worst PCPs office I’ve been to. Reception is rude, unhelpful and never answers the phone, when he does seems like the messages get lost or no reply. The Dr was googling all the information I already googled myself in the room. I’m going to spend extra money for extra insurances. They accept TRICARE here and that’s why I came here. After today I am getting a 2nd insurance so that I’m able to go somewhere else as well. This is not an office to be recommended to.
Dr.Hussain is very kind, attentive and timely. Id highly reccomend her and her staff.
