DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!! Dr. Seby is easily the WORST doctor I have ever seen. To start, I waited 2 hours and 45 minutes past my appointment time just to see him. If this were the only problem, I might be able to look past it, but it wasn’t. He seemed like a nice man when I finally got in to see him, but during my appointment, he failed to address a possible health problem found during his physical exam.
