Stay away these people are nothing but conmen! I would give negative stars if I could. I purchased a Silver Certified car in NY 2 1/2 months prior to bringing it into this place for maintenance. They come out and tell me I need thousands of dollars of work. Also tell me I need a water pump and serpentine belt. Going to charge me twice for the labor of replacing the belt! There was a recall on our Highlander, from Texas, which previous dealers were unable to figure out. Erik, in service at Sebring Toyota, kept digging and was able to get us new tires at no cost to us. He is tenacious and amazing!!
