Sebastian was great and able to fit me in the day after I called. He fixed my leaky pipes/valve in 2 hours and found previous work was not up to code (previous owner did a home fix and didn't use glue to connect the pipes properly). He provided two solutions and gave a professional recommendations without pressuring me.

Our unit was originally installed 1 year ago by a different installer. We were plagued with leaks and a winter of concerns that the unit was not properly installed. When the original installer was contacted regarding the leaks and other issues we were told the leaks were from a relief valve and nothing to worry about. After the plumber left I placed a paper towel under the drops of water and found that was not true.
