Dr Mattosian is awesome , he is on top of everything . His receptionist is rude though . She never smiles . She’s always angry and is so monotone. If u can’t handle the customer service field don’t work in it . She needs to find a new job . I don’t want to go back due to her crappy personality .
He provided me with excellent care.
I always have a good experience with Dr. Matossian. He is always professional and polite. Unfortunately, the same cannot be said about his receptionist. I am used to her lack of respect and good manners when she phones me to schedule an appointment, but today she actually hang up without even letting me finish what I was saying. I still don’t understand what have I done to deserve such disrespectful and unprofessional attitude.
I was referred to this physician for my pregnancy induced insomnia. I did not have the pleasure of meeting Dr. Matossian; however, I had the unfortunate experience of speaking with their receptionist via telephone. Upon receiving a call from this receptionist to schedule an appointment, I attempted to seek clarification on source of referral as I was working with multiple specialists. Dr. Matossian listen to all of my questions. He did a very complete assessment. The best attention I have ever received. I'm very thankful he is great!
