I went in there being brand new to hot tubs and Jess was very helpful to me with the chemicals I should use and how to use them. I really wish I would’ve bought my hot tub from them.
Great customer service and very helpful fixing an issue with my spa. I was impressed. He was able to come out the same day that I called.
