Convenient location in Eau Claire and Altoona. No more driving down south of Eau Claire for supplies and pushy sales. Always friendly and helpful with no sales pressure which was nice. Helpful with water testing and chemical balance, which is more challenging in this part of country. Definitely worth a visit if you are in the need of local spa supplies or looking for a new hot tub.

Great people that go out of the way for u. I have been gone most of the pool season so far but Mike and Jess have set me up for bimonthly checks of my chemical levels with maintenance and backwashing the pump. Every time I come back to Eau Claire, pool chemical levels are great even with all the rain.

I come here to get the filters for the float pod at my business. Im always greeted with a smile & the woman up front always remembers me & what sized filter I get (thank God because I dont remember) so thats always a nice extra & the place is always clean :)
