The doctor and her services are amazing. She is an exceptional person and my mother loves going there. But the back office or whoever sets appointment have no idea what they are doing. They don’t even know that every year insurance is renewed. The girl was trying to charge us for miss visit of 2020 and right now it’s 2025… lol… I mean they need some education about how healthcare works in USA. I had a very bizarre experience using this office as my PCP. The doctor was very knowledgeable, friendly, and professional so I had absolutely no problem with her, but I ran into some troubling issues with this office. Got some blood work done here, they took my sample, tell me that they'll call me back with the results, weeks later I call them asking if they have my blood work results, they then tell me that I need to come in again to get my blood drawn for an additional test, I ask them what happened to the first sample an... read more
This doctor is not reliable at all . If you have a balance of less than $60 they won’t let you book an appointment . I never had to deal with this in any practice . Mind you I have been a patient for years and she just lets you go with no disregard , she does not care about her patients and is money hungry . Do not book! She also takes forever and will have you waiting for hours & front desk isn’t any help
