Very disappointed, not what it used to be. I’ve been going there for over 15 years and they have changed names a number of times. Every time it changes names it gets worse each time. Now you can’t even call them, all calls are directed to an answering service. It’s a challenge every time I have to renew my prescription, and I’m done with them. I keep requesting through the service and they say it’s good, but nothing is sent to the pharmacy. So frustrating!
Their waiting time is way too long. Every time you have to wait at least hour before you see the doctor.
If you’re looking to truly be heard, genuinely cared for, and consistently followed up with, Dr. Sebeen is the doctor you need. She sincerely cares about her patients and has a way of making you feel like you’re the only person she’s seeing that day. She never rushes appointments, always listens attentively, and approaches concerns with thoughtful, solution-based care. Extremely professional, yet so sweet and kind - I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.
Been with East Meadow Medical P.C., Dr. Sabeen for a long time and i appreciate their work. Still definitely Dr.Sabeen will be my primary doctor coz i love the way she work and help mwe with my health. Thank you again Easgt Meadow Medical PC TEAM for taking care of me!
