If you’re looking to truly be heard, genuinely cared for, and consistently followed up with, Dr. Sebeen is the doctor you need. She sincerely cares about her patients and has a way of making you feel like you’re the only person she’s seeing that day. She never rushes appointments, always listens attentively, and approaches concerns with thoughtful, solution-based care. Extremely professional, yet so sweet and kind - I’m incredibly grateful to have found her.

I had a very disappointing experience with this doctor’s office. For two years, I tried to schedule a physical appointment, but they refused to book it because of a $50 balance I was unaware of. When I called to resolve the issue, the receptionist was extremely rude and unprofessional, treating me poorly and showing a lack of empathy. They only seemed to care about money. I am very disappointed with the way I was treated when I called this office today at 4:09pm. The receptionist, who said her name was Hafiza, was extremely rude and unprofessional. I explained that my mother is very sick with a high fever and body aches and asked if there was any way to get an appointment. She coldly said there were no appointments and told me to bring her next Monday. When I asked if my sick mother was expected to sit and wait, her response was to take her to the emergency room.
