Their back office is messing up the whole respect of the doctor. Two families changed their PCP just because of the back office as they have no idea of what the patient is asking for. And I’m the third one who is changing her as my mother’s doctor. They are supposed to make life easy and in stead they’re making it more stressful. Doctor u deserve better professional ppl around you.

I wish I can emphasize on how terrible this clinic and the whole team is. So unprofessional! I switched my doctor to a different primary care because it’s so bad here. They lost my blood samples before and didn’t even bother to tell me. Anytime we go, there’s always a 2 hour wait. I had a remote appointment with dr Sabeen 2 times and both times I had to wait over 1 hour, and when you call them to remind them, they always have some sort of new excuse. Very disappointed, not what it used to be. I’ve been going there for over 15 years and they have changed names a number of times. Every time it changes names it gets worse each time. Now you can’t even call them, all calls are directed to an answering service. It’s a challenge every time I have to renew my prescription, and I’m done with them. I keep requesting through the service and they say it’s good, but nothing is sent to the pharmacy. So frustrating!

Their waiting time is way too long. Every time you have to wait at least hour before you see the doctor.
