Incredible and prompt service by the crew headed by Robert Maldonado. We had an after hours emergency, Robert stayed until the issue was resolved, coordinated parts' delivery, installation of the parts and testing.
Robert was extremely thorough and responsive and was able to answer all questions. He provided full reports in great detail as well.

I've had my ups and downs with Sebco as their machines are fine, but when we had new ones put into my building, there were a lot of problems with the machines and the system not talking to each other plus a couple machines that routinely had problems (the most troublesome one was fast replaced). Their app is fine, but reporting service and such there doesn't really get you anywhere. But reaching out to them directly generally gets a quicker reply.
