These clowns have some nerve advertising themselves as having superbly run laundry rooms. The only thing worse than their customer service is their maintenance. Two obvious questions ... When is their lease up in our building, and who was the idiot that put them here in the first place?

I've contacted this company twice about issues with the machine in my building. Both times I spoke with a lady who was rude. The second time I was about to obtain her name, Theresa I believe. She showed no care nor empathy. I told her that her tone and customer service was rude and she literally was like okay is there anything else? I will be contacting my HOA because I paid a lot of money every month and I don't think they should patron a company to service us who provides such poor customer service.

Terrible process, terrible customer service, have no idea how they remain in business. Email for customer support is wrong (always has been). Repeated issues when adding money to the card. Finding time to do laundry is hard enought, let alone when it takes a few days to resolve adding money to your card. Give me back the coin operated systems and put SEbco out of business.

Terrible process, terrible customer service, have no idea how they remain in business. Email for customer support is wrong (always has been). Repeated issues when adding money to the card. They service the laundry machines in my building and everytime we beg the management company to replace the crappy machines they raise prices and replace them with new crappier machines. Their machines constantly breakdown and chew up new and expensive clothing and their customer service is completely unresponsive. Their attitude is that you wash your clothes at your own risk. They set the water level low on their machines so you have to do multiple under capacity loads. The timers run fast so the machines are always 10-15 m... read more

This company is ridiculous when it comes to customer service. They dont know what they are doing and their website is antiquated and not user-friendly. Its nearly impossible to get anyone on the phone when you have a problem putting money on your laundry card. They have taken slavery to a new level. You find yourself as a captive audience in an apartment building with a laundry that is IMPOSSIBLE to use. Forget card-operated laundries...I say bring back the QUARTERS, because this company is trying to do far too much than it ... read more
