Chris came to address our concerns withing 1 day of the request. He was professional, kind and very thorough. We moved into a new-to-us home in November and were concerned about an exhaust smell from our gas fireplace. He took very thorough readings, about 15 minutes total (just for the readings) and made sure the fail-safe on the fireplace was functioning properly.
