I had a wonderful experience with Dr. Sam. He is very professional, caring, and takes the time to listen and explain everything clearly. His approach is both thorough and compassionate, which makes you feel completely at ease. I truly appreciate the attention and support he provides to his patients. Highly recommend Dr. Sam for anyone looking for a dedicated and knowledgeable doctor.
Thank you to ALL the lovely staff. And Dr Sam. What a beautiful, understanding person. She always listens to what I am saying and asks appropriate questions, no presuming. She checks for the latest treatment or medications and is prompt with following up on results. Again, a big thankyou to all.
i was in earlier waiting for pathology, and Dr. SAM had not only insulted one of the receptionists by calling her stupid, but also made her cry. i believed this to be a safe clinic for my kids a supportive clinic. To say i am disgusted would be an understatement. i hope this "Doctor" gets reprimanded. yes i say "Doctor" because humans are not this rude and nasty. 5 clients were in the clinic at the time. and this is NOT the first time i have witnessed her disgusting behavior.
Terrible place, staff wasn’t welcoming upon arrival, the doctor super disrespectful going on phone during appointment, not speaking English through out the appointment and using ChatGPT Ai to help write up a referral online instead of typing one out herself. Conclusion of the appointment ended with her getting angry with us and refusing to help. Disgusting behaviour from someone who is supposed to hold a professional position.
Highly recommend. Dr. Sam listens to what you are saying, is very thorough and follows up with results professionally and quickly.
