Great medical centre, friendly reception staff and one of the best doctors we have ever had , Dr Faahimi is a absolute gem, very caring and professional, always takes the time to make sure we are looked after , this is the best doctor in Ballarat, thank you Dr Faahimi and Sebastopol medical centre , we wouldn’t dare go anywhere else
This clinic has gone downhill. One and a half gps. Dr F starts walking to door when he feels time is up for me. Yet I have to wait an hour from allotted time for a phone appointment. No sincere apologies. Then he tries to rush making me nervous and charging medicare 80 plus dollars. I've been trying to call all day to make a double booking yet no one answers. Plus health engine their online booking service is awful and difficult to navigate at times. I will say that Kayla does the best she can under the circumstances.
