I’ve been banking with SVFCU since I was a child and while some issues have arisen I can say that the wonderful staff have always been helpful in clearing up any confusion or problems I might have with my card or account thank you to all the people who work there and please keep up the kind courteous professionalism that’s kept me around for years
Not very welcoming, it all depends who you get. Allow you to do things some days and then the other days it’s against their policies. I will be changing banks as soon as I get a chance. I banked with them going on 4 years and I couldn’t even get a loan. I had to go through a different bank and they gave me a loan no problem! Unless you’re rich go elsewhere!
Good customer service
They have a five digit banking account sequence, which is not identified by major companies like Walmart and other employers that use software to complete onboarding. SVFCU offer the resolution to add a zero on the end of your number which is absolutely not acceptable. I did not get my paycheck and Usually, I have to wait much longer To get my paycheck than people who are with TD Bank peoples United and Key banks . I am very unhappy with this CU
