My kids saw them back in February. They put out Referral to get there teeth fixed and never actually sent it. Now my child has to wait even longer to get her wisdom teeth removed. I'd highly recommend not going here! The dentist wouldn't even pull my kids bad tooth and sent him off to another Dr that took MONTHS to even get into. They are just lazy and don't actually care about there patients. I have a few friends who have been through the same kind of thing through them bu5 thought maybe I'd have better luck but NOPE
A bit all over the place with Doctors. Some of them make you extremely uncomfortable and kind of insult you in ways. I knew I was overweight and needed to lose weight, however the one Doctor wouldn't let it go and it go pretty uncomfortable.
They haven't been able to hold a doctor since Dr. Michael MacDonald left. They had a doctor practician there who would talk your ear off but wouldn't actually help you. He was very friendly,but you had to steer the conversation in the direction of why you were there. Also,they are terrible at getting your prescriptions to your pharmacy. They said they would have a prescription of mine ready for pick up this past Friday. They didn't. I checked on Monday still didn't have it there. I checked today (Thursday) still not there. Great friendly staff how ever you can talk to your doctor until you are blue in the face. I have been dealing with serious health issues from vasculitis to fibromyalgia even blood clots in my left kidney. I have received zero help with those issues and messing with my anti depressants like thats going to fix other issues ....waiting and trying to work with them is pointless.
Untill our health system becomes Less about profit and more about helping people with their illnesses, doctors visits will be frustrating and nearly pointless. When going to a doctor one should, at the very least, be able to see a doctor, and a person should be respected when entering the office. You get none of that here. But to be fair this is true of almost every Doctor's office in my area. Changing the name of the office does not change the way its staff preforms.
