I have taken my cats to this clinic for years and I think Dr.Orr is a great vet and really shows an interest in my pets. However, I called to make an appointment today and was shocked by the how rude the receptionist was. Her tone was very rude and she rushed me so much that I didn't even get a chance to explain the entire reason for the appointment. I'm switching my primary veterinary care provider. I am not happy constantly being hung up on by the receptionist (by accident or not; I'm not sure). I was told that I didn't have an appointment before when I had made an appointment, the receptionist was very snippy and rude until she realised that it was her own mistake entering my information into the computer.
