At Sebastian's we do our very best to provide you with a truly memorable dining experience. Our seafood is the best quality available. The fish is always extremely fresh, and never frozen. Our meats are U.S.D.A. Choice or better and dry aged at least 21 days, to insure excellent flavor and texture. We have over 25 sauces on our dinner and dessert menus and all are made from scratch. We change the menu and wine list seasonally to take advantage of the freshest products and ideas.

This is, hands down, the best dining out experience you can have. The atmosphere is amazing, the staff is warm and welcoming, and everything on the menu is a cut above. Trust me, you will not find this quality of food for this value within a 100-mile radius.
Went for a birthday dinner group of 7. Atmosphere was inviting, indoor/outdoor seating. Wait staff was pleasant, chatty. They have a stocked bar, drinks were good. Menu was loaded with more upscale choices, but not horribly pricey. Overall, a great dining experience.
My husband and I visited Sebastian’s yesterday, and once again, we had a wonderful experience. This wasn’t our first time dining here and every visit has been excellent. The food is always delicious and beautifully prepared, never disappointing. The atmosphere strikes the perfect balance: lively enough to feel welcoming, yet calm enough to enjoy conversation.
