Excellent food Located in historic downtown Springfield, Sebastian's is walking distance from downtown hotels. The food is excellent. The service was great. The atmosphere was very nice. It was a great place for fine dining.
Very good fine dining. Sebastians has outstanding food throughout it's menus..lunch or dinner... Sebastian's is on the pricier end of Springfield restaurants. It would be considered find dining at dinner. But it's very, very good food. They serve wines and have a full bar in the basement. The restaurant is elegant, extremely tasty food and good service. Worth the money if you've got it. Many legislators and lobbyists eat here often during legislative session.
