Very disappointing interaction with your group. Response was prompt however the person who called did not read the message that was sent to your site. They called to tell me that you do not offer employee sponsored assistance when I specifically mentioned that I am not looking for that type of assistance. This was followed by a $60 fee suggestion to understand if you even offer a service that would be applicable to my situation.
