Very bad Customer service, the owner get upset and asked me to go another place , just because I asked him which material he used to print the business cards I ordered !! Not recommended at all , bad quality work

Every other review it’s right about place , I came in to get some things done for my business thinking the reviews could be wrong ! But they are not the lady it’s rude and incompetent, she treats customer as if a burden to have them as client, cannot ask her for any suggestions or any questions because she gets irritated asf! I'm so surprised to read these bad reviews. This has not been my experience at all, I'm so sorry. They've always been friendly to me, and the quality of my projects has always been good. My only grievances are they don't do proofs or ask questions about obvious mistakes on documents, it lacks that attention to detail I need in a printer. It causes small concern and limits me to what I can go there for bc I need proofs on big print jobs, but I would if i could.
