after surgery was done the doctor didn’t speak to me he send the nurse instead i was complaining of my right foot was numb and after a follow up visit told me i was gonna need a 2nd surgery and not only that when i was waiting to be call in his office and other patients was waiting as well they ask me how was my surgery and of course i’m very honest and tell them the true so the office was ask me to coming and sat in a different room so other patient do hear the conversation. I would give the 0 if I could. Dr Lattuga has canceled 5 appointments without giving 24 hour notice. One of the calls came at 7 pm the night before. The office will tell you that there is no way to guarantee that you will see a doctor when you make an appointment. We have waited over a month for an appointment and he still didn't show. It's been a year and a half since we have actually seen Dr Lattuga and I think that there may be a bigger issue that they are not telling us about.
I felt disrespected today I’ve been coming here @ 2001 marcus ave for over 5 years and never was disrespected and treated the way I was today.The receptionist at the front desk today was very disrespectful and unprofessional .i had another doctors appointment and I had ask her after sitting there for over a hour how many more people in front of me and she said does not know because she do not cover the back . meanwhile she is was laughing and joking with another patient.. Immediately coming out of my fusion surgery and felt pain relief immediately. Had 2 vertebrae fused and couldn't recommend Dr. Lattuga and his PA Christina.The man has blessed hands, and good bedside manners. Highly recommend. Thank you Dr. Lattuga.
El mejor doctor que encontré , gracias a Dios mi espalda baja está mejor hoy día , anteriormente me hice 4 cirugías y nunca quedé bien , encontré al doctor Lattuga me operó una sola vez y me dejó bien , lo recomiendo 100 %
