Amber Rule is incredible, she listens and I never feel rushed!
I am not a patient of this practice, and I plan never to be. I visited the office to make a new patient appointment. The front desk employee disregarded HIPAA and had me recite all of my personal information within hearing range of the people in the waiting room. When I asked (pursuant to instructions from Medicare) if the doctors accepted Medicare assignment, she was very rude, saying that she never heard of such a thing and I should ask my insurance (Medicare IS my insurance!). I have had several doctors over the years I’ve lived here. I finally found a wonderful Dr and wonderful staff. Never limited to 15 min and out. She spends all the time needed to be sure all my concerns are dealt with. Her staff is super friendly. Going to blood labs are a thing of the past all done right in the office. So extremely please with all my medical care. Wow a doctor that cares awesome.
I’ve been seeing Dr. Gerard for about a year now and I couldn’t be happier with the personal care I get. I’ve already recommended her to my friends.
Dr. Jennifer is a very good Doctor. She will always explain things to you. She will spend time to make sure you understand everything. The Staff is excellent. They are all very good at there job. Very compassionate to all the patients. I would recommend them to anyone who is looking for a good Doctor
