Spoke to Faith on May 19th concerning a quote for homeowners insurance following the receipt of an advertisement from Sebastian Insurance at my primary residence. In need of insurance for an investment property, I called for a quote. Courteous and polite, Faith took all the details concerning the investment property and completed an application over the phone.
