Best Doctor I've ever had. Yesenia his assistant nurse is incredibly smart and attentive too. Dr Groot listens carefully, doesn't judge, responds super quickly. I'd give 20 stars if I could.
The assistants and staff remind me of bats in the belfry. Hovering, lurking and flapping around the bell tower or worse, in the attic. Poor Doctor Groot. There is an incredible aura of mean-spiritedness there too. Hopefully, he has better days ahead of him.

Throughout my life, I have unfortunately experienced instances of medical negligence, including misdiagnoses, incorrect medications, and inadequate testing. My family absolutely loves Dr Groot and his staff, we’ve recommended him to many friends. I started seeing him as my PCP (late 30yo male) and then we have had him as our pediatrician for our daughter since she was born two years ago. Knowledgable, kind, and fantastic with our baby/toddler. We can’t imagine seeing another physician.
An egregious and incompetent Doctor. He is apparently supposed to be a Doctor of Osteopathy, the type of Doctor I typically believe in versus a regular MD. I had four appointments scheduled with him while my primary care physician was on maternity leave, she is also a DO but in stark contrast quite a capable individual, he wasted my time, had no talent with OMT procedures and then cancelled the last appointment after I had already got there, which naturally got me quite irate.
