Had a 8 o clock appointment. By 8:20 my wife asked if they knew when we would be seen. They wrote our name down but didn't check us in. 8:40 they finally checked us in. By 8:50 we checked again, they told us once they're checked in It takes an additional 20 minutes per child before they're ready. That would of put us at 1hr 30 mins waiting. We ended up leaving. We watched 2 other families go in and leave when we was their first appointment. Awful awful.

So first things first, me and my pregnant girlfriend go in for the appointment we have at 8:20am on January 6th, we get up too the counter and the lady is really rude And disrespectful, proceeds to raise her voice at us and tell us to go and have a seat in the lobby, about 50 minutes go by and we finally get called up to the desk and she proceeds to raise her voice again and just be extremely rude.
