People must realize. EMTs are ambulance drivers! Nothing else, they cannot work Life saving precedures !Paramedics can in cases save your life. Baby choking, heart attacks etc. For Gods sake park them at fire depts not the hospitals.Souhside they come from Mercy, and than drive get you, and drive back when all other states park at their fire depts?Someone needs to change that!! MY NAME IS JESSICA ADAMSON....66 YEAR OLD FEMALE...I HAVE USED GREENWOOD ARKANSAS EMT'S AND AMBULANCE SERVICES....MANY MANY TIMES...I LIVE ON TIMBERLAND DRIVE....I JUST WANT TO SAY THANK YOU FOR YOUR COURTEOUS HELP AND SERVICES...ALTHOUGH YOU AND YOUR DISPATCHER HAVE GONE FAR BEYOND WHAT I EXPECTED.... I will say first they arent all horrible. But the two that showed up today were the rudest, most disrespectful and dismissive two ever. Maybe learn to listen to the family and the home health nurses before you just completely gas light, dismiss, insult and ignore them. They are completely unprofessional and either need a refresher on professional behavior or to leave the job completely. Because they obviously do not care.
