Doctors generally are very good. The rest of the organization is awful. I use a c-pap and needed a new one after 20 years. It has now been 6 months and I still have no new prescription for it. It took 5 months to complete a sleep study. That was finally completed a month ago and still nothing. When I expressed frustration to tech's the management invited me to go elsewhere for my care. Great solution! Plan to do so as soon as I get the prescription for the new c-pap. Suggest just starting someplace else from the get-go. One... read more
Doctors are great but dealing with patient accounts is a nightmare. Terri in patient accounts was not helpful and very very rude.
Quincy Med group has a portion of its clinic for sports medicine and we saw Dr Biggs and he was the rudest, most unprofessional , most condescending doctor I have ever had or been around in my life! It’s unfortunate that we put our trust in professionals such as him ! My family and I have seen many doctors at the Quincy Med Grouo with amazing experiences and tremendous care why do we have a doctor like this among such Other great professionals? Don’t go to him !
