Mal servicio. A la hora de enviarte documentos te lo hacen cuando quieren y son unos groseros cuando uno llama, en especial la señora Paola te grita te falta el respeto ese tipo de persona no debería de tener ese trabajo de atención al cliente. Una estrella es mucho para lo que merecen.
Poor customer service. I’ve been trying to get a quote for a home insurance policy since sept 20th. Submitted my property info, the agent told me he was going to get back to me with the quote. I still haven't hear anything from them since then.
