Inconsistent, and seems to price-gouge! Every year is significantly more money, and there isn’t an explanation why. Always so responsive, knowledgeable, and supportive. I have emailed/called numerous times for specific and general guidance on problems gigantic and petty, and have never been let down. The whole staff is great and thorough. They send timely reminders for all due dates. The portal is incredibly easy to use. As far as Mr. Sebak himself, our whole family refers to him as “wonderful Brian”.
