I went here for the first time recently and loved it!! The shake was delicious and the cinnamon protein muffin topped it off! The staff were very friendly and welcoming! Highly recommend going here!!!
Sebago Nutrition is the best! I absolutely love their loaded energy teas-they taste amazing and actually give you that boost without the crash. The owners and staff are incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the space is always clean, bright, and inviting. You can tell they truly care about their customers.

I don’t have enough words to say how amazing this shop is - Carol, Jessica & Tiana are absolutely KILLING it and should be nothing short of proud! It truly makes my mornings better seeing one of their smiling faces and the amazing teas they make! Hands down one of the best Nutrition shops in the state!!
Underrated gem of a space. Plenty of parking, easy access, none of the crowds and traffic jams of the coffee shops up the road. Healthier products, too. This place has a lot of potential.
