They dont return calls when you want their services. After 3 unreturned messages I gave up.

I bought a pool from these guys four years ago. Ther filter died this year and I contacted them for help. Not a replacement, just help. After one initial e-mail they suddenly only communicate by phone. I sent them a LENGHTY explanation, via email, of the problem. The service manager called my house phone, left a message, then dropped it. When I inquired why he didn't get back to me, he said he left a message on the phone. So, as another reviewer said, they are either really dumb or just don't care. Me thinks the later.
