WARNING!!!!! Awful service, cheap pool! This company will offer you a great pool with great service..BEWARE!The pools are so flimsy and cheap and they DO NOT stand behind any problems you encounter! They cancel appointments, often making you wait weeks! I am so bummed we went with them! We have had nothing but problems with a new pool!! Spend a little more and go with GLAMOUR!! We saw those pools at the Home Show, what a difference! A billion times better, sturdier!
Kim Our search for family fun was answered when we stopped at Sebago Lake Pools . Their knowledgeable and experienced team provided us with all the information we needed to plan for our pool purchase. Since having the pool it has become the perfect place to entertain family and friends year after year. It seems like we are on vacation all summer long because of the convenience of the pool in our back yard.
years later. I bought my pool from Sebago lakes pool 13 years ago, it's as good as they day it was installed. the pump finally went this year, but until now never a problem. the concrete pad is crack free.
These are the cheapest pools ever! Whatever you do, do not buy your pool from Sebago Lake Pools! his is the worst place ever! Their product is so cheap and the service is POOR! You may as well go to wal mart and buy a cheap pool and put it up yourself! They don't stand by their pools either! STAY AWAY!
TERRIBLE SERVICE!!! Sebago Lake Pools is the worst place to buy an above ground pool!!! They are so cheap, not made to last!! We have had the worst luck with them and their service! My friends pool from them collapsed this winter and they have offered no help!! The pool was only 2 years old. Seeing it collapsed you can tell how flimsy and cheap it is!! DON'T buy one from them!! Glamour Pools has a great above ground that they will guarantee it from collapse!!!! Sebago is a rip off!!
Piece of crap! These pools are a piece of crap! Our pool and my brothers pool, both 1-2 years old and both bought and installed by Sebago Lake pools, collapsed this winter! They are offering NOTHING! In fact, they are charging us as much/more than a new one, and wanted to use some of the collapsed parts! No way will I have them put up another pool, it is like a cheap piece of thin flimsy crap! Don't go with them, the service is awful, too!!
CHEAP POOLS!!! DON'T BUY 1 FROM THEM!! Whatever you do, DO NOT buy a pool from these people!! The pools are so cheap, and their service is absolutely awful!!! They had SOOOOO many pools cave in this winter and when you see a caved in pool you will see why you should NOT buy theirs!! FLIMSY ans cheap! And, no warranty! NAMCO covered their caved in pools!! BEWARE!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!! This business is simply the worst run, and they do not honor warranties that they say they will! It is terrible, and very poor business!!! Stay away. Don't throw your money away on poor product and worse service! Go to smeone who will back up their product!
