Decided I wanted to replace some snaps on my boat canvas cover, so I found this place online and gave them a call. Someone picks up, immediately puts down the phone without telling me to hold on, and I can literally hear them swearing at someone (a customer?) in the background. I listened for about 30 seconds, and then decided I didn't want to do business with them.
