Terrible experience with the manager. I have lived here for almost 2 years, and she will not return my phone call or email. There are many issues. I don't recommend this property. Choose to live where you're valued. The reason I moved here was for the boat dock which has been in disrepair for almost a year with no communication on being repaired. Not a safe place to live. Anyone can get into the hallways. They won't fix the security doors to keep people out. The gate to enter the garage is frequently broken and left open. High turnover of staff means your complaints fall through the cracks. Yes, the place looks nice on the surface but the hallways smell like a dumpster all the time, it never goes away.
