They never showed up! Wish I could give 0 stars...No answer when called, no response to text or email. Do NOT use this company. Seems like there is a new owner. Terrible customer service. We paid for and booked tour the day before and it never happened. The bus never left the place it was parked. We were in the area 4 hours and it never moved. Since it was pre booked we can't even get our money back.
We were really looking forward to this tour and booked it well in advance.. about a month and a half ahead. We drove two hours to get there and planned our whole day around it, only to get an email 15 minutes before the start time saying it was cancelled. No explanation, no offer to rebook, and no one answered the phone when we tried to call. I had a fully paid for tour for their 2 hours tour and at 22 minutes before the start of it, I received a message that it was cancelled. Zero explanations. One of the numbers on the website was to the previous owner who was delightful to speak with whilst trying to get answers. The current owner Mary, however, did not respond at all. What a beautiful gem we found on this tour Nancy the owner of Sea Weed Tours did the tour. It was so much fun listening to the fishermen’s stories from a local woman. We felt so welcomed and included. There were three stops and we could go out and take pictures and then go back and listen to more fascinating stories. If you want to enjoy a behind the scene tour of Lunenburg this is the one you should choose.
