I was unable to find a pediatrician for my daughter when she was born. I originally went to sign for up the healthy sprouts program, but the clinic said they had an opening for her to be a patient. She's had a few health issues, and they have always been very accommodating with getting her an appointment. Everyone we've seen has been so kind and compassionate. Highly recommend ☺️
The receptionists don't answer the phone, nor do they return calls within 1 business day like they say they do. I used to love this place but now I just feel let down. I miss the old receptionists
Receptionist their very rude and disrespectful I call several time to make appointment for a sick child they refuse I go there and see only two people in a waiting room room they need to remove word community
Amazing staff who truly care.
Since undergoing new management- customer service has been terrible and impossible to get any appointments that won't be canceled a week before. I understand the work load can big tough however there's never a solution. Been waiting 4 months to get in and 3 appointments canceled. The new management got rid of most of the original team and now no one cares about patient care.
