Spring and cable needed to be replaced on my garage door they were in the neighborhood they stop by figured out the parts I needed. got the parts from them right away and fixed very reasonable price.
Excellent service all around. Kevin was amazing. Called Monday fixed on Tuesday. Very reasonably priced. Definitely recommend this company Dave & Darlene MacGregor
When one of the cables on one of our garage doors broke recently, I called Seaway Doors to have it fixed. The woman I spoke to said they could be there first thing the next morning to repair it, which was great. They arrived at 8:25 am, replaced all four cables across both doors as well as two of the baseplates, hooked everything back up and were done by 8:50 am! Fantastic service, and I can't recommend them enough!
I was just amazed at the level of friendly customer service, from first contact to the father and son team that did the actual job. I contacted Seaway Doors over the Easter weekend through their online email, and followed up with a phone call on the morning of Easter Monday. The phone was answered by a very pleasant person and she put me through to Jeff to make arrangements for the garage door opener to be installed later that week.
