This company's customer service is very frustrating. We ordered an item from here - it was sent to us broken. We requested a replacement part - and 6 months later, we have yet to see the replacement after months of following up with them. Every time we call we are shuffled around from person to person

Broke down after not much use. Paid $500 to fix. They didnt fix it right. Cant get a call back. So i have a $2000 paperweight. Not recomend
