An Awesome gym and community. I recently visited as a drop-in and Olivia went above and beyond to make me feel welcome. Good workouts, great equipment, high energy and fun! Will definitely return whenever I am in the area.
This place is truly one of a kind. My husband and I have been members of—and associated with—other gyms in the Sarasota area for nearly a decade, and none of them come close to what Seaward offers. I travel a ton and join tons of CrossFits and seaward was a great experience during my time there, coaching was really good and the members were very friendly. Anyone who lives or is visiting the Sarasota area should definitely check them out.
Dropped in for a 6:30am class. This was the first time in almost 15 years of doing CF and dropping in to different CF boxes that the coach never introduced themselves or welcomed me by showing me where all the equipment was. I showed up 15 minutes early, but there was zero introduction to the coach or to the space. He didn’t even ask for my name.
