Very welcoming community. Great class to drop in to. We had some struggles with Wodify and they were able to help us. Highly recommend dropping in if your in town.
Did my second drop-in in as many years and was not disappointed. Good coaching and a great overall vibe. I'll be back next time I'm in Sarasota.
I did a drop in here and it was great. Very clean, ran efficiently, equipment is well maintained and the community is very welcoming! Would definitely recommend.
Seaward CrossFit welcomed me with open arms and helped me complete my 25.2 open work out. Well-organized, friendly people, enforced movement standards. This place is CrossFit the way it should be.
Great Box! The warm up and WOD was on point! Very welcoming. Good location. I would go there again.
