Easy to make an appointment, wonderful front desk and back office staff
Facility was clean, and staff was ok, but Dr Franklin was rude and dismissive when it was evident that I didn't need surgery. "It's not like anything is broken, but you can find Isotoner gloves on Amazon" was his initial "evaluation". Trying to get a call back was an exercise in futility. When I finally got a call back after multiple attempts AND an MRI, the Dr was excessively rude, and ultimately suggested that I either take narcotics or that I just go somewhere else and get a second opinion because my muscle edema and carp... read more
Dr. Franklin treated my wife's broken finger. He treated her so well and made her very comfortable. Her finger looks very straight and she is continuing with them for her physical therapy. From what I've seen, he does amazing work!
Able to get an appointment right away. Great bedside manner, spent time discussing options for my mother in law. Good follow up. Her broken hand is healing very well.
Dr Stekas has been professional, clear and has had a positive bedside manner. This has made us very comfortable and pleased.
