Just had some Myotherapy with Emma. I turned up with a crooked back and some pain. Walked out nice and straight with no pain. Thank you Emma.

Kirsty’s Pilates classes are fantastic. And Mel is so knowledgeable about pregnancy and postpartum, and so both practitioners have been really helpful with my recovery. Thanks SHG !
Amazing centre through various stages of my life, injuries, rehabilitation, pregnancy and post pregnancy related issues. I’ve been able to get my treatment at Seaview Osteo, Pilates, osteopathic treatment, massage and podiatry. Amazing team Very trustworthy with your care. Highly recommend Dave, Sarah and the team!
