Very poor experience with the receptionist Lauren over the phone. She was very unhelpful and dismissive. Her tone was condescending, which left me feeling disrespected and brushed off at a time when I was simply seeking support from the clinic.
I had a fantastic experience at Seaview Health. The entire team was professional, compassionate and truly dedicated to patient care. From the moment I walked in, I felt welcomed and supported. The staff, particularly Dr Johnathon Duffy, Dr Christian Fiedler and Speech Therapist Jane Duffy, took the time to listen to my concerns and provide exceptional support and recommendations to support my daughter.
