There appears to be a significant culture issue with the administration staff at this clinic. Multiple patients seem to be having similar experiences, and I hope management takes the feedback seriously rather than automatically placing blame back onto patients.The main concern is the communication style from some admin staff. Very disappointed with recent interaction with this medical clinic after being a patient for years
I have experienced multiple bad experiences with receptionist Lauren. Continually talked over, ignored, spoken down to and it really ruins the want to return i ask for the other receptionist who has been very helpful when in need of apps for ours sons paediatrician etc. The paediatrician is amazing kind caring Dr however themis receptionist over the 4 years we've regularly attend there has persistently had very poor customer service. My Son has been seeing Dr Christian Fiedler who is very kind & respectful however a particular reception staff, Lauren is so rude and obnoxious. Her tone is so condescending, I don’t know who she thinks she is. She interrupts and doesn’t let you speak and NEVER admits when she is wrong. This is not the first time I have had phone calls with her hence this review. From now on if she picks up I shall be requesting another receptionist.
