I’ve seen Dr Jane Zhang multiple times over a year. I was very disappointed in all of my consultations, Making every appointment uncomfortable by her poor choice of words when giving advice. I was left feeling judged and upset she never showed much compassion and I was constantly unassisted.

This clinic needs to review its procedures regarding onboarding patients. We were put on a five-month waiting list for our child to see Dr Zoran Apostoloski over an urgent matter; receptionist called us two days before the appointment to cancel because apparently the doctor does not see people under 17. They could have told us in October and saved us five months. Not good enough.

I have gone to see Dr Reed at Sea view clinc and found him to be very knowledgeable and professional. The staff are friendly and helpful. Only 2 things that let it down IA the excessive cost to park in the hospital compared to any other parking in the city and the phone system is impossible if you don't have a phone that can make the multiple push button choices. Other than these to things the service is absolutely wonderful.
